Kairos Elite Volleyball Club is in its second year. The word Kairos is an ancient Greek word meaning the right or opportune moment (the supreme moment). Our knowledgeable coaching staff is dedicated to providing local players with an opportunity to develop while gaining exposure to some of the best competition and college scouts in the Midwest! The goal of the program is to train players in a competitive environment where they work to:
1. improve their individual skills through position specific training
2. increase court sense and knowledge of offensive and defensive concepts
3. mature personal confidence through achievement
4. practice at a level that will train them for college athletics
What to expect: The club schedule will be solidified by December 1, 2012 with each team participating in 6-8 tournaments throughout the months of February-June. Players will be committed to attending every practice possible and can expect three practices per week beginning January 6th, 2013. Kairos uses Our Savior's Lutheran Church as the practice facility. The team will conclude the season in late June by competing at AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL.
